Is it a raised base or straight or drop?

Not sure . It is an OEM air cleaner for 68-69 HP Big Block B Body cars.

Put the base flat on the counter, if the part that supports the filter is above the counter it would be a raised base. If it’s touching the counter and the horn ring area (the part that sits on the carb) is too it’s no drop or rise- even. If the portion that supports the filter is touching the counter and the horn ring area is not it would be drop base. You can then measure the difference to determine how much.
