So Gary got the parts (Mallory pump, regulator, filter, etc.). He pulled the old piston for the fuel pump. He said, based on his research it should be 3.20" long. Mine was barely 3" long.

I gotta believe that has been effecting fuel delivery the whole time. Hoping she'll run better with the electric set up.

Is it now standard practice to change those piston/pushrods for the fuel pumps? I'm assuming the one in there was original in 1969.

Crazy.
