Okay - So I got the VERT-BIRD out of car jail when my divorce was finalized and although this is easily the best cat I have ever brought back from the dead; I am ready to move on from this chapter of my life.

Besides, the Superbird resto-mod isn't building itself.

So if you always liked these cars here is your chance.

Full disclosure: this car was born as a Satty 318 (RH27F9)

Now all dressed up in Road Runner trim with a fresh 383 4-speed, 8 3/4 drive train it causes a scene wherever I take it.

Just get in, turn the key, and be a rock-star.

This car is dead-on dependable. we just drove it from San clemente in So Cal to the Vegas MATS show during the mid day sunny 90 degree desert at 80 mph without issue 1.

I built this car t drive and spent well over $60k to get it here from where I found it left for dead in Palm desert California.

***sold!!*****

Just sold the VERT-BIRD.

This was the first guy to come and look again. (like with the 69 Charger I sold 2 weeks ago.)

He drove to San Clemente from Laughlin Nevada to see the car on the same day he called to see if I still had it.

It's kind of bitter and sweet at the same time.

He worked me down a few thousand. But its hard to argue when stacks of hundreds are being laid down on the hood of a car in front of you.

Not the Count

Nope. It wasn't him.
The guy who bought it was Filipino I think.
He brought his wife and kids too.
He told me that last week he bought a 68 Charger out of Florida that was in need of restoration and the week before that a 1971 318 Barracuda.
Needless to say his wife was giving him "the look" when he decided to buy my car too.
It didn't sound like the other cars were drive-able so I think he needed to feel some Mopar acceleration pretty bad.
