that it does...but I'm a big guy and it kind of digs into my thigh at 2nd/4thI don't remember an offset on the bench seat shifter. If it's a '69 it should have a flat on each side just below the shift knob that says HURST.
so-something like this would have to be full replacement?If your shifter is the original one it won't have bolts holding handle in it has a shim on the side and need a .010 feeler gauge to get it out.
If bolts are in it is a 1971 and up I think is when they started to bolt them in.
Not much you can do to get it over and not mess up the shifter handle.
i'm thinking of maybe a pistol grip from a 70. i like the ones that are bent and rise up...(that's what she said)!
