I just went down and looked at both sets of bucket seats that I have (convt and GTX) and neither one have latches, or any thing that looks like a latch would attach to.

any '68/'69 Charger I had did have the seat latches.

I Just went to the upstairs bedroom and looked at my buckets and they have the latch on them.
