Hello friends,
I bought a boot from Legendary and cant figure how it attaches to the back seat. There is a channel but I thought it was for the fabric that isolates the trunk. Any help or picture of how it should look would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I believe it attaches just like my '70 300 boot.

Look on the back of the seat. There should be a chrome strip with a slot in it running the length of the seat. On the front of the boot, there is a piece of round rubber sown to the edge.

Slide the rubber into the slot from the side. It takes a little patience, but if you go slow it will go easy.

Again, this is how my 300 vert is set up, and I never owned a B-body vert, so I'm just assuming.

I'll try and get a picture. I have to leave town possibly tomorrow so it may be a week before I get to it. I store the car off site

Thanks, a picture would help greatly. Please try to show the fabric below the boot if possible, I believe I am missing the piece that connects it to the seat.

Good luck! Could be easy enough to make or find something.
