Man what color are you going to paint the old girl. I can't wait till you get it painted. Kind of wish I had put mine together and painted it but it is what it is now. One part at a time. Keep sending pic's and the progress your making. Russ.

Talk about the yard, we mowed the grass today and it was tall enough to bale. Sunday I brush hogged the field, it was as tall as the tractor. they is always something else to do, can't work on the car all the time! Did you get your track wheelchair working? Did your back take out again? Good luck with your bed liner inside your doors and I am sure it looks nice your pal Raymond :beep:

I did the two stage paint also. Like I said did do a color blender with a Royal blue over the B5 just to add my own flavor to the car. Then three coat's of clear. It looks really good every one say's. Have some fish Eye but most of my buddy's say it will come out in color sanding and buffing. Also some Orange peel effect. But should buff out. Have a auto painter friend and he say it will all be fine. Don't know why I got these things was hoping it would be slick as glass. But it is what it is. Keep going Big Block think you are doing fine. Think you will finish before me. Keep us posted this keep us guy's doing what we are doing inspired. Russ69Runner.

Well about the grass maybe rent a few goat's. Just kidding. No the track chair is turning into another project. Dam it. The new sprocket is off snow mobile so had to mover the Idler wheel assembly out an inch. This required grinding welds off and reposition it. Like reinventing the wheel. Back will never be rite but now my hips and legs are being effected. I have crawled and dragged my self around working on the runner. Some times want to give up but the runner has made me keep busy. Well may be I will get the car finished and hope I can with my buddy's helping lift and do my heavy work. Russ.

Thought about getting some goats or the yard and places that needed to be weed eated!!! put them on a concrete block and they will go nowhere. keep up the good fight sometimes our body gets out of whack. getting old is no fun, hang in there buddy. too bad we don't live close to where we could help one another. Lift come in handy.

Hello Buddy. Yes I am with you on getting older. Just can't do what we use to do. Those goat's are good but put them on a chain they will eat the rope into that happened to a buddy of mine. Yes it is too bad we don't live closer it would be closer to ya I would love work with you and be able to share the knowledge that you that you have. Now one would have ever thought to take an old log and make the headlight bucket your self. Ok talked long enough keep in touch and post those pic's of that beautiful runner.:thumbsup2:
