Charlie was fixing a door and found that he needed a new hinge, so he sent his wife Mary to Ace Hardware.
At Ace Hardware, Mary saw a beautiful bathroom faucet while she was waiting for Walt, the manager, to finish waiting on a customer. When Walt was finished with the customer, Mary asked...
I know this is an "oldie", but I chuckle every time I see it:
A woman goes shoe-shopping one day. As the salesman is helping her try on shoes he notices she is not wearing panties. He looks at the woman and says, “Babe, I’d love to fill that with ice cream and eat it!”
The woman slaps the...
A U. S. M. C. sniper was real good at his job. This sniper had a method. He would yell out some insult at the enemy and when someone stood up to reply, Bang! One less insurgent!
After every mission the company commander would ask "How many insurgents have you shot today?"
However, on...
This one has been around the block a time or two, but always makes me grin!
Dan was a single guy living at home with his father and working in the family business.
When he found out he was going to inherit a fortune when his sickly father died, he decided he needed a wife with which to...
How long can/should masking tape be left on a car? My 69RR is ready for primer and 95% masked. I just can't find enough time to work on the car. I'll probably get it primed before cold weather, but a topcoat before next spring is unlikely. Will the tape adhesive damage the chrome, etc.?
Car is 69RR. The paint store says the above paint is "metallic". From the "chip" they had, I could not see any metal flakes. My question is: Can I shoot this paint with a "regular" gun or do I need one of those fancy ones that "agitates" the paint while in the cup? I just have an "el-cheapo"...
Has anyone bought and/or used one of these to inspect the inside of engine cylinder heads to look for carbon buildup? Can you really "tell" anything? I would like to avoid removing the heads of a 383 if possible. The engine sometimes "diesels" for a few seconds when shut off.
What are some ways I can get the "liquid" which accumulates on top of the hardener while in the tube, back into the solid part of the hardener? I've tried kneading it. Holding the tube in my hand and "slinging" in to try to force the liquid to the bottom, and kneading it some more. There must...
Does someone have a link(s) of 69 RR F8 color that I could download, take to WalMart, print a color photo, and take to the local paint store to get a correct color match? Present color of car is incorrect, so I can't remove a part to take. Tks.
I'm looking for pictures or diagrams showing where the trim clips go on the "lower" portion of the rear glass opening. I welded in some steel, and forgot to mark where the holes were.
Sorry for the weird intro. Was frustrated trying to get the computer to take my data. I am restoring a 69 RR to a high end driver. 383 magnum. Air Grabber. A-833 transmission. 3.23 single track rear (came from factory that way). F8 Green. Bench Seats. I'm looking forward to meeting...
