My 20 year project

I never owned or wanted a Mopar then my father introduced me to a 70 Roadrunner that needed a whole restoration the rest is history

General Description

This project started when my son was 11. He's now 31. What can I say i raised a family and built a sweet Roadrunner. My father was the instigator, he was 100% Mopar and made no excuses for it. Sadly he passed before I could finish it. So in this resto I did everything from wiring to engine. I sent the body out for the Tor Red. Hope you enjoy. I don't own or want a trailer. This one was built to be driven.

She looks good in and out. I don't have 20 years to give to restoring a car. I am 63 and want to get mine done with in the next year. Just about got the body metal done hope to paint it by spring. Like I said nice job.

Yea like the rim's also. Are they 41/2 inch back set. I want Cragar's But they only are 4 and 1/4 back set. Have to check futher to see if they will work. Take it easy man and enjoy the ride. :D

Very nice! You did a fantastic job! Even includes the famous under dash map light. Most intelligent map light location in any car ever built! You could turn it on for discrete lighting without it shinning directly in your eyes! That was so damn freak'n cool!
I bought a brand 70 Road Runner back in June of 1970. It was also a pistol grip 4 spd.
Mine was Lime green metallic. A color you don't see very often. Thanks for sharing :)

Great job. I really admire those whom do as much of the restoration as they can. Best way to learn the trades.
