Good looking car their. As far a seat's go bought the pro scat 90 with head rest. Because they recline comes with slider's on seat. Have to buy the mounting bracket another hundred. What type transmission you looking at getting. Also what type motor. Got my four speed off Ebay and found bell housing also flywheel close buy my home. The seat's fit nice and are plenty wide maybe an inch sorter on width than the original seats. Plenty of padding and comfortable. Got them through summit racing. Hate to say it but the seat's that came in these car's where not all that comfortable. Putting in console in this car pretty pricey and the off set shifter was hard to find. Seems like I searched and searched for different items to find them at a decent price. Good luck and keep us posted with pic's of what is happening.

Hello Ironman. How's the resto. going bud. Have you found any other metal to replace other than the quarters yet. Hope that car is more sound than the one I have. Have replaced at least 3/4 of the car. Also had to replace the upper frame rail under roof that the drip rail fasted to so that meant a new roof also. Good luck with the project. I am still in filler mode hoping to paint the shell in October. Your Runner bud Russ.

I have bought AMD metal and my roadrunner is at the body shop as of last Friday now I have purchased a 440 six pack engine that needs to be rebuilt and I have the block pistons heads and that's it I need to buy the rest of the parts

I only have a 383 motor and will go through it my self. It was bored 30 over form what I see on the motor vin area. After the vin is a small degree mark and 30 so that is why I say that. I saw several motor blocks on E bay 440. Don't know where you live but don't think it will not be that hard of a motor to find. They made a lot of them. It should not make any difference if it is a single carb motor or what ever it is what you set it up like you want it. I did not realize how much work went in to the rear of the car after putting all the sheet metal on. Got more time their than the rest of the car. I am down to the quarter extension and having to build the arear with filler and adjust every thing to look good. I am surprised that their is no seal around the tail light or the bezel when putting it together with the extension. Now I know why the tail light bucket rots out. Will use wind shield sealer to seal that area when assembling for the final time. Good luck my friend Post some pic's. Your runner buddy Russ.

Well I have the making of a 440 6 pack motor that is at the machinist and now I have almost all parts for it and the rest I think I can pick up at Carlisle

Hey that is grate. 440 is a good motor. They are really strong running. Glad to here it is coming together for you. Russ.

Well I was told that one of my 440 heads has a crack so now I am thinking of buying aluminum heads anybody know about Pro Form Aluminum heads?

Talk with the people at summit racing. They have a good staff to help with the head's. Post on the forum and a lot of guy's will let you know what they are using on their motor's. Like to know who is using what and what they think. Wish you luck. Can't wait till I get to the point of working on the motor. Your buddy Russ.

Almost have all the 440 engine parts and then I will take them to the auto machinist to put together and do the break-in as well. I am also going to Carlisle next week end to find steering wheel and exhaust, side markers heater core and heater box and a lot of other things to bring back to make the roadrunner look and perform well.

I heard that. I did not get the heater box or fresh air vent's with the car when I bought it. So decided to cap off the fresh air duct's on the lower cowl. If I ever wanted them could take a 4 inch hole saw and cut them out. But figured with the after market AC and Heat uses the air in side the car. Enough window's to get fresh air in. Any way good luck on your fishing trip for the part's your looking for. Waiting for pic's when you get the car back. Your Runner buddy Russ.

With me it is just one more thing. Wish I had thought about the car being striped in side. So much missing. Plus all the rusted out part's to buy. Well it is going to get done come hell or high water. Maybe I will get to drive it in 2019. Russ.

I have need of hood parts namely hood latch parts that are attached to the hood.

I am in need for front and rear window gaskets anybody know where I can get these?

Their a several places. Parts Mix is one of course Classic industries. I got mine through Parts Mix. Very fast shipping to me and less than coming from Classic. I don't know where you are located. Think they are located in Georgia that is Parts Mix. Wish you luck buddy. Russ.

Yes good to seal it up. Got my seat's from Summit racing. Pro Scat seat's you can see them in one of my post with console install. I like them fill the cabin good and they also recline. LOL. Slider's come with them and have head rest also if you want them. I got the head rest look's period. Good luck on your way.
