Stock came with two springs, one inside the other one I think. I think they were two different colors also.

Would anyone have a pic of the throttle spring arrangement from the factory? Thanks

This is an older pic of a 440 set-up...I only see one spring.

Throttle return spring (single) is usually green and the kick down linkage spring is smaller in diameter and usually either yellow, orange, or red.

That's how I understand the factory spring configuration. So you agree with this...?

If you want a proper diagnosis and tune-up, checking jeep dealers in ct is a smart move. Many have Mopar-certified techs trained on Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep models. Dealers like Mitchell or Garavel have the right tools and experience, so you can trust the work on your car.

JDSAutorestoration.com has a couple of old school MOPAR guys. I trust them 100%. I know it's a hop for you to get there from Tennessee. Joe Dutkiewicz is a first-class guy. who is the owner. There's got to be somebody local to you or close by, but if not, I recommend them.
