Can the ride height be adjusted up on the front?

Yes, it can be adjusted down. If you're able you can do it yourself. There should be directions in the factory service manual and there are a few videos on youtube on how to do it. be award that you will have to do a front end wheel alignment after you're done.

Oh yes, I know full well about getting an alignment. But it's a necessary evil to get that car to looking good. If I wanted a 4 by 4, I would be buying a truck.

I was a look back in the day but I, like most, prefer higher in the rear.

I already found another one I'm gonna buy. It's also a v code with the air grabber & a pistol grip. The only two options I required.

Mine needs to be 2" higher in the front.
Just something I learned the hard way. Loosen the bolt that holds the lower control arm to K member, then adjust height and tighten bolts after adjustment and alignment. I did not do this and quickly wore out those bushings. Now I had to remove the lower control arms and replace the bushings and start over.

Please remember to do your adjusting with the front wheels off the ground. I just read a post on FBBO about a guy who snapped the adjuster bolt trying to adjust his ride height with the front end on the ground.

For reference, this was my dads ride height when he went racing. His bud secret to weight transfer was to crank the torsion bars all the way up for maximum weight distribution. Say what you will, but he was running 12:30 @108 right off the showroom floor. First pic, daily driver ride height, 2nd pic, ready for racing.
