I spent a couple of years converting 4 and 8 party lines to private and some of the ranchers got upset because they could basically conference call and discuss the feeding of livestock during major storms. This was In Wyoming of coarse.

Update....... Did the tune-up yesterday and it turned out to have points !

I'd highly suggest to do the any of the magnetic pick up ignitions, many to choose from, Mopar Performance CEI Conversion, Mancini Racing sells a few different types... They offer less tuning hassles, better cold starts, hotter spark/longer spark dwell than points, don't wear out like points either... get a Orange Performance ECU... Good luck
