don't tell anyone this, but when I was in high school, due to the evils of television,i just had to have a Starsky & Hutch Torino. I found a .74 Torino that was already in primer( a sign of the times to come) and we laid out a white stripe on the primer till I got the car painted.

I like the way you have it layed out. In 1969, I don't think the gaps were supposed to be right. Mine are a mile off, but that's just me.

It looks OK. Everyone will say it's your car and it doesn't matter to anyone but you...but think about the long run. You will always get comments about the hood stripes by guys who know better and have to tell them that you "kind of like it that way". Eventually you'll be avoiding showing it or just telling people to kiss your a__!

Did you have to go to F.A. for that? Was step 9 that you had to apologize to every Mopar lover you know? I hope you don't have a relapse!
