Hood inserts

What color are the hood inserts (block off plates) on a black non air grabber hood. Thanks , Bobby

They were semi-gloss (satin) black but, not the organisol black like V21 stripes were painted.

Ok, black (satin-semi) it is. Thanks for the info and I have another question. Say you have a black 69 Roadrunner, non air grabber, with the hood stripes. Are the inserts satin black like the stripes? Seems like a lot of satin-flat black on the hood. Just thinking. :huh:

I painted mine red to mimic an air grabber! :cool:

I have always seen them painted orange/red if the air grabber was used, and BLACK if they were 'delete' solid
