Good point! Hadn’t thought of that one. Don’t guess I’ll do that though I worked too hard on it.

Beautiful work. Just curious though - why didn't you remove the striker from the door jamb when you have everything else taken off of the car?

I did not take the striker off of the door jam because it is already set for the door because I didn't want to be moving it around and scratching up the sides of it

I have new ones and also am thinking will I scratch the paint when aliening them for the door. This will cause more work. Only thing I know to do is triple tape that area set the door and mark where the striker goes with a template. Good job Big Block.

Roger that. I installed mine after paint. No issues, you just have to be careful. Either way works. :thumbsup:20191207_164330_resized.jpg

Did not know you had a post car also.
Yes you did. You've asked for post-related interior pics in the past and I have posted them. You just forgot.

And for anyone interested in correctly restoring a non-A87-equipped '69 RR post car - that is how the interior is SUPPOSED look. There is no stainless trim above the door and rear trim panels. It is painted interior color. There are no chrome arm rest bezels on the door, and there are no arm rests or bezels whatsoever in the rear. Door arm rest bezels are interior color. Pretty much a taxi cab interior...
