The Edelbrock 1723 says it is good for 110 GPH, true? I have a 507 stoker and want to make sure I can get enough fuel with that and not have starting issues. Thoughts?

I have a 446 non stroked 440 and I originally tried a Hi Po Carter manual pump. I installed a fuel pressure gauge on the cowl and saw the pump wasn't doing the job. I was down to 1 or 2 lb fuel pressure long before a quarter mile drag strip burst was completed. I have used a Mallory Comp Pump 140 with no issues and it has proven to be much quieter than either the Holley Blue pump or an electric Carter of the same flow rating.

Thanks for the info. A matter of fact, I have that pump and regulator on my shelf so that looks like the pump to use.
