I use those, but put the peanut butter on the underside of the bait holder that way the little suckers have their necks exposed.

So far I have gotten three mice and two voles so the ole neck breaker is working ! Yes Dave,the peanut butter on the underside is a good idea,I have tried it since reading your post.

dryer sheets work well as do bars of irish spring soap. Have used the soap for the last 10 years and no problems and car smells great in spring.

Menard's sells stuff called Fresh Cab. I haven't had a problem since I started using it. That and I keep the car at home now and the cat likes to sleep on the hood. I would put my money on the Fresh Cab though.
