My new carry...

Mrs. Big John's step dad passed last year and we got his S&W model 15 .38 special.

I can’t wait to go put some lead down range. I replaced the original secret service style grips and like these much better as I can get my entire hand around the grip where I could barely get 2 fingers around the original. I’ve got a custom holster being made as no one makes an out of the box holster for it, other than S&W. But I’m getting the custom holster made for half of what S&W wants for theirs.

Yes sir.... that’s why I bought these rounds. The videos I’ve seen showed excellent penetration (that’s what she said - just figured I’d beat someone to it).

Smith and Wesson M&P Shield .45 acp with Tru Glo Pro night sights. I have put approximately 3000 rounds through it and it has never malfunctioned. I named it Trump and he goes with me everywhere.

Some of those rounds are getting crazy. Interesting with the 8 round cylinder, wife’s is only a 5 shot S&W. Mine is a Thompson .45 military issue. We have conceal and carry permits but never carry firearms. In Maine now anybody can carry, no license required. What in the “F” are they thinking, half the state is basket cases or on welfare. Don’t tick anybody off on roadways, hard sometimes. Driving over the lines is the norm here, while on cell phone. Best of luck out there....

I've got one, too. Very fine weapon. The stock wooden grips were a bit too small for my hands so I installed the larger rubber grips. (I think the grips are Hogue made for S&W.)

This is mine shown here with my model 629 .44 Magnum "snubby."
