Did you check your hood yet for fitment. Early 69 takes a 68 hood. Latter 69 is a different hood. The hood latch bar is in a different place and the hood safety latch is the same way. The one thing you would have to get from a junk yard may be the door latch and handle mech. Filler necks are new for sale. So are door handles. Classic sell new window regulator's. So are you doing a total restore or just trying to get it into a driver.

East wood sells a revert for rust. Shot it in all areas after cleaning out those with fish tape that either had a bottle wire brush on it or some jack chain. Rotated it with a drill in and out of the inner frame rails and other frame rails. Also the rockers. Was able to buy a under bedding gun with extensions wand's 360 degree tip's. Could reach into hard to reach area's but think I got most all of them covered. Just was wondering on your plan. Your making progress. It is slow and tedious work for sure. Wish you the best of luck on the project.

Very cool to save it. I save mine from the crusher. Best part, it was given to me for free. He couldn't believe anyone would want it. It must have been a parts car at one time. I am slapping it all back together and driving it as is.

Ok a start of the updates. Due to work I havnt been able to do much over the last 2 months, ( I got home this morning at 1:15 am from 8 weeks on a boat in Mexico). The good news is that
1. I now have the bond for the Bonded title and everything will be finally filed tomorrow with the title in the mail this week,
2. I was able to get my 1/2" bead dies for my beadroller for trunk and floor pan patches,
3. Time to work on it.
