That is just :crazy: But to be honest I'm surprised that CT doesn't charge for changing over to YOM plates, they have fees for everything else you can think of.

cost me the price of my 1969 plates off of ebay, $45. The local antique shop had some, but not as nice. took the plates to the DMV, had to apply for Historical plates, which I have to keep in the trunk. Total cost at the DMV was a whopping $27, good for as long as I have the car.
