I just bought some cheapo Anco 18" blades at Walmart, pulled the rubber out, cut them to the right length (15") and put them in the RR blades. A little tedious being careful not to wreck the RR blades, because you do have to bend a couple of tabs slightly, then back after the new ones are in. Also gave me the chance to shine them up with some Flitz while they were disassembled.

get the napa ones they have the correct blade and everything , just replace and go .

I found wiper blade refills at a local O'Reilly Auto Parts Store.
They are Anco brand, part number, U16R. At all of $4.99 a pair.

They are just the rubber refills that go into the origional blades. I didn't photograph them, sorry.
