The Grille on the 69 is painted in specific areas a black color. Is there a specific black or is it just a flat black? Some pictures of exactly where it is painted and not would be helpful. thanks

I remember that now, I think it was one of the few women who were on the site. She always wrote in stead of her hubby, and I thought they were from the upper mid-west somewhere. Don't remember the name though.69hemibeep said:Well it could have been Plymouthfan69hemibeep said:Some one will chime in on this. Your first photo of the grille looks exactly like mine. So to be clear you masked off the areas that were to be polished metal.....painted everything black. Next step was to paint the inside of the headlight bezels and the inside of the horizontal grille inserts a silver-grey color? The finished product is awesome. My original thought was that it was all semi flat black except for the polished metal areas. The silver grey is a new one for me. Thanks
