Did you try Snake Oyl Products? They restored my original belts but they also sell complete sets and buy used cores to restore. I got a credit towards my originals being restored by turning extras i had collected over the years . https://www.ssnake-oyl.com/

If you find a wheel that needs restoration you could try this guy. http://www.garyssteeringwheel.com/ I haven't used him myself but he is at most of the Carlisle shows and his wheels look very nice.

I agree with 7k-10k on the Dart, start at $10k and go down from there. The Satellite, $4k. Good luck.
