Watched someone change dash instrument circuit board WITHOUT taking the dash apart...

Took him a little over an hour to R&R the board. My paws are too big to attempt that but he's a medium framed guy. I didn't think it was possible but it saved me a ton of time and aggravation. I used the new Charger Specialties board with the built in electronic limiter, works like a charm. My...

    New Gear Set

My 3.55's are howling. I'm taking the opportunity to go with some 3.91's and new axles with green bearings from Dr. Diff. Should scoot right along. I have G70-15's, so the 3.91's should be a perfect street gear with the slightly taller tire. You'll like the 3.55's, it's a good all around gear.

I bought a 70 GTX in 1973 from a neighbor when I was a junior in HS, prior to that I was folling around with a 65 chevelle malibu that I couldn't keep a bottom end together in. I roached the trans in 1975 and it's been sitting at a buddies house in Riverside CA since then. Since that time I've...

    I Bought a Road Runner...

I have had nothing but trouble with the repro batteries, float charge or not. After 3 failures, I'm using a Napa black battery. The repros look good but I've had it with them.

    bullet turn signal indicators-fender mounted

You do not have to remove from the fender but as stated earlier, if they are old, good chance they will break. Use a large flat bladed screwdriver and take your time.

    Engine Oil Preferences

Research. I needed a high zinc oil for my racecar solid cam and i like the fact that's it's a green color, easy to see if I have any leaks.

    Smith's Radiators

I used a Smith radiator for my old 64 Savoy hemi car - worked good and was a quality piece. $$$. Each car is different though. Ditch the electrical fans, never could get them to work for me. Big cubes and decent compression with 36*+ timing with electric fans never worked for me, even on the...

    Carb issue with Edlebrock

Make sure that the big screw that goes through the idle cam linkage in to the base is tight. If it's loose or backs out that can mess it up.
