    Dad’s car

Hey all! This is Big Mo’s daughter……for those of you that don’t know, we lost Dad in January to covid……we all miss him terribly….he was in the process of rebuilding his beloved car when he got sick……the car was completed by some very special friends and was brought to his Celebration of Life...

Joe Biden... coming for your guns

Can you give any names of elected officials that stay poor. They may go into office as a poor person but don't come out that way. ( Just my opinion.)

Pulling into the final stretch before paint

I really liked your post of spark notes. I have said many times if you are building a driver we try to build a perfect car. They were not that way from new. I have tried to keep mine period correct as much as I could. I have done as much of the work as possible to keep the cost down. I know I...

    Are Glasspacks really the sh*t?

Russ I kept the cast iron manifolds and had a friend bend the pipes for me. He used what he called a California turbo muffler. It is built like a stock muffler in width but is about half the length. It has a deep sound and looks stock. As you stated it all depends on what you like on your car...

    Engine dyno complete

I will tell you what I can. I do not have the printout yet but it is about 334 hp. 385 torque. My builder said his dyno reads a little on the low side but I told him I wanted a factory spec. engine and he hit it very close. It runs super smooth and the power curve is pretty flat bottom to top...

    Engine dyno complete

Dyno test done and engine coming home. Results were good for a pretty much stock engine. Horsepower and torque good. Was told this will be a very good street engine. Has very little drop off at 5600 rpm. I am very happy. Big Mo.

    steering box

This is post that goes along with Russ69runner's post. I thought I had my steering box taken care of until I put it on the K-frame. I bought a remanufactured Power steering box several years ago from NAPA. It is a Triple B. Didn't know that at time of purchase. After mounting it (K- frame out of...

    Front suspension rebuild

I bought a kit from PST for my 68. I was not real happy with it. I cleaned my K frame, done some welding on it painted it and started putting it together. I did not care for the tie rod ends and some of the rubber cups on them. I went and bought Moog. I did put the bushings on the strut rods. I...

I know what clips you are talking about I have them on mine. There are 2 on each hose one on each side of the hose. I only needed 1 and I picked it up at a Mopar show if my memory is correct.

I think Chrysler last made Plymouth cars in 2001. Does anyone know what happened to the Patent or does Chrysler still hold the Patent for the Plymouth name?

    Power steering lines

I checked on what pump I have. I called Steer & Gear sent them a pic. and they told me it is a Saginaw, said about $50.00 for both lines. I didn't order them yet but will look at NAPA to see what they say.

    What's in My Garage

Yes I agree. I wish I had a spare grill for my 68. I had one in my hands one time $35.00 (Satellite) grill and let it go.
