i have a 69 road runner with a 73 440 in it. when its cold the oil pressure is about 60 but when its warm and i come to a stop the pressure drops to about 15 does anybody know if this is normal?

hi im dave, i just bought a 69 road runner that has issues already need help please. the main problem is getting it to start. sometimes it starts right up but most times it wont. has a new battery so thats not the problem. any suggestions would be much appreciated motor is a 440 4 barrell
