Got started on my '68 several weeks ago. Got one side done (outer wheelwells/rear quarter), and will start on the other side this weekend. Does anyone have an extra windshiel wiper motor and associated brackets? Got this car supposedly with all the parts, but the wiper motor doesn't fit the bolt spacing and can't find the rest of the wiper parts. Just was wondering if anyone had a parts car? Post more photos soon!

Looking for some input though, I bought some flat black, and really wanted to do hood stripes. The original car didn't have stripes of course, and didn't even have the factory blacked out hood that was an option for '68. I have been a stickler for 'correctness' in the past, but wanted to do a car with hood stripes. Did a '67 Mustang for my wife last year with "tropical green metallic" but she didn't want stripes on it. What do you guys think I should do with this one? Keep it original? Do the blacked out hood treatment that was offered for '68? Do flat black hood stripes in the '69 configuration? Or do the stripes as in 69 with clear over them? I know that flat black stripes looks real cool, but the george68hemirr looks very good!!!! Let me know and I'll definately appreciate the input! Oh, and I still need 2 speed wiper motor and hardware if possible ! :jester:

AZ Desert,
Jerry. Are you using PPG 2019? The picture under the light looks just like mine.
