As already said - it's your car so do what makes you happy. With a #'s matching car I'd be strongly tempted to keep it as-is. Since mine isn't #'s matching I'd like to go with T5 or T7 one day but if that day ever comes it won't be too soon.

wellllllllllllll....since you wanna repaint anyway........ wanna trade? :D

and as far as going with F8 over the original F5, here we';re pretty much "it's your car, your $$, what ever makes YOU happy" (just no donk wheels.........)
Mine is an original F8 car. But walking around the Nats looking at both, I can't decide which I like better.

Welcome from Pittsburgh, PA! You found a great site with a really cool bunch of guys.

Cool pics, you said you no longer have that Charger in the pic?

Thanks for asking.

I sold the Charger in 2001 shortly after restoring it. It was an eBay sale to a nice gentleman from Nebraska. It was hard, hard, driving the Charger up on the back of the semi car hauler.

In 2002 I couldn't bear not having a 60s Mopar muscle car project, so I mustered up enough cash to buy the Road Runner. The Road Runner has been in storage ever since as I weave through marriage, fatherhood and the like. Life is good though, wouldn't trade anything for anything!

A couple more pics of the Charger...

Welcome aboard!

What a great looking Charger.

F8 is generally considered a starter color. Since you've already done the Charger you're way past that. F5 all the way... :acme:

Welcome....good looking charger.

Love the Cragars as a few here might attest. Just scored a few more down in
Carlisle with the BFG T/A's attached to them.

Anyway...welcome!
