Goerge,
Good all around gear choice with the 373

Got them in two of my cars and the Runner is one of them.

Thinking about going from the 410's in the street/strip car to 373's alittle easier on the car when on the streets.

George, you're still coming out to Carlisle, right?.....yes without my car

That small change in rear cogs won't bother that beast......it will be more of a driver and wont bother the beast....lol

Speaking of rearmain seal.
Hughes Engine got a one piece rear main seal. Well with one piece they mean only 1 gap.

Maybe an idea.

Good luck with the overhaul of th CRT-4.
Do they have these special clutchplates in that shop.
John puts some special stuff in his trannies.

I can't wait to fire the 440 up and watch the puddle form under it, I think a rubber seal against a knurled crank might be the problem.

I have never had the problems these guys are talking about. All my big blocks have been sealed up tight.

I have had 5 seals replaced under warranty.
The stay closed if rpm<3500.
Above it starts getting messy.

Just rerouted my PCV and more "suction" and now is 90% less.

But still.

Anyway : A MoPar does not leak . It marks his territory. :groucho:

just called up PTC and am sending them back my convertor to give it less stall....its about 3800.....looking for around 2500-3000 stall since i am going with 373"s.....i gave him the convertor numbers and it turns out i spent a grand on this one......so shipping back and forth 50 bucks and 150 to tighten her up is better then spending another grand on another convertor :groucho:
