Just one thing, when checking OD on say ‘68-‘69 be sure to note there is no digit for over 99,999 miles. Mileage will revert back to 00,000 miles. As my car: showed 75K miles on OD but was 175K miles. Dealer listed as mileage unknown...... Be careful.

Had the single point part vacuum, part mechanical advance (guess Plymouth had their dual point optional). So before electronic ignition, dual point was the only way to go along with what looked like anyways a coil that put out a higher voltage than stock.
