Got pic's of the dash cluster

With 113,000 on it I think the speedo would have been a neat feature on a a done car !!

Rally Gauges on a 68 Roadrunner

I've had two bezels done in spray chrome. The worst part is removal of the old chrome. On one bezel it came off with brake fluid - which surprised me. The other bezel was vacuum plated and I ended up glass beading it. Removal of the old chrome is key to a decent refinish. The guy that did them...

    Dash cluster

I've owned a couple 150 speedo's but they bring such a good buck I just couldn't justify keeping them. And while its a cool item, it'll probably never see actual use and only a handful of people will ever notice it. The money's better spent somewhere else. Two years ago at Carlisle I spotted a...

    Indy heads

I have the EZ-1's. In hind sight I should have bought the standard port heads so I could use the Eddy EFI manifold. One word of advice, buy the heads from a source other than Indy - someone like Dave Porter in Vermont. They'll actually be "ready to run" when you get them. One mod they definitely...

    Correct Blower Motor, 68 Roadrunner

Open them up and take the guts out of the new one and put them in the old one. Bearings are probably fine - just put a few drops of oil on the felts. No need to remove the windings unless you know for sure there's a break in them. Usually the only things that go bad are 1) the brushes wear out...

tallest tire in stock wheel opening ??

This tub should fit a 15" wide tire but I need to know what the tallest is that will clear the front lip.

tallest tire in stock wheel opening ??

This is a stock tub widened 2". There is no "peak" - not stock, not now.

tallest tire in stock wheel opening ??

Poke your head in you wheelwell and you'll see that the the top of the tub isn't the issue. The front of the tub and the lip of the quarter panet are the closest points to any tire you put in there. If the tire clears the front lip it will clear everywhere else.

tallest tire in stock wheel opening ??

    TALLEST ???

tallest tire in stock wheel opening ??

    FOR SALE '68/69 gauge bezel

This is the chrome bezel which surrounds the gauges on a '68 or '69 B-body Plymouth gauge cluster. This piece was stripped then re-chromed (spray chrome). Its not a perfect "concours" piece but it is good enough for a decent resto or driver. Note: the buyer will have to paint the top lip...

No more Road for the Runner!

A wise decision is to restore or replace parts as you remove them. There is nothing worse than having a completely finished body sitting in the shop gathering dust while you then restore or wait for replacement parts. Here's mine - everything that is NOT on the car has already been restored...

    Pic's of Cowl section

You're not going to be able to weld through that solder at all. You need to remove all of it, grind to bare steel, weld and THEN you can lead the are. I know ... the gap is HUGE - but that's what has to be done (or make a small patch panel to fill that gap first. In hindsight I was stupid not...
