Attached are a couple pics from the outer well I purchased from Hardensmcw.com. I purchased quite a bit for my RR from them and would recommend them. I did not order them specifically for the convertible. The wheel houses are AMD brand.

Ok, so I spent way too much time on these and if they don't fit in the trunk of the bird with the spare I'm getting a can of fix o flat instead.

After reading your posts I have decided to try and get the AVS running better, and looking at the posts it seems that the logical culprits would be the accelerator pump or the flapper for the secondary.
I took the top of the carb off exposing the floats and such...
Does anyone have a suggestion on a carb replacement to the original AVS on a stock rebuilt 383 auto?
The AVS starts and runs fine until I put my foot in it. It dives, backfires a bit and when it does come out of it just does not seem strong at all. Put an electronic ingnition in it last year...
Bought it in 1986 when I was 15 years old. Drove it throughout high school. It was garaged in 92 and there until a year ago when I sent it out for restoration.

Hello Guys, Newbie here.
Just got my rr back from a restoration. I noticed today a pool of oil sitting on the valley pan of the newly rebuilt engine (383). I did change the oil yesterday but do not think I spilled any.
Any Idea what I should look for?
