the blue KS bird

stripped the front down pretty far, took the fenders off along with alot of other front end stuff. My radiator support is a bit bent on the driver side, tried taking some measurements from the cowl but dunno what im doing really lol :lmao: from what i can see the driver side seems to be back just a smidgen from the passenger side. Ill get some pics up tomorrow when daylight hits so I can see it all better.

hoping to weld a floor pan in soon and get the cab solid again

pretty good Steve. my hoarder Uncle had a good engine out of a '74 Bug. a little bigger than the one ln the car which wasn't the orlglnal. the car has a generator and the '74 has an altornater. need to get an external regulater and wrap up some odds and ends. my Uncle ls runnlng to Long lsland haullng brldge glrders so we'll have to meet up later.Hate not havlng the Boss's car(and so does she) wlth all the nlce weather.

needing some funds for other fixes to the roadrunner. the 400 block has that pesky iron crank too.. I like my 68 383 with the steel crank :D
 
Go to the 440Source website & read up on 400 blocks. They are the way to go. A stroker kit will come with a steel crank.
