Just purchased a recon power steering box (from the states,only cost $635) anyway have fitted,also put a new seal kit in the pump,now I have fitted all in,and the instructions say to bleed the oil through,but no oil is coming out of the return ,now I did the pump myself :facepalm: I'm thinking...

on my 727 tranny ,the cover is a non factory item ,you know those chrome things with 727 printed on it,anyway it leaks ,even with a new gasket. I asked my local transmission shop and they said get rid it, they always leak..........is this so......I can always put a handle on it and fry up some...

Having taken my pwr str box out,and sent to several different repairers only to be told its that worn we cant do anything for you, now ive tried to source a second hand one here but very hard to get, I tried several times to contact firm feel in the USA but get no return emails,ive read they do...

Im removing the steering box(power) now have removed the 3 bolts holding the unit,also steering arm and yes have removed pump,lines etc but how do you seperate the box from steering column,do i move the connector back or what...........could someone STEER me in the right...

My 383 running so rich,spark plugs are black,not wet just black soot[i think thats what u call it] when hot its hard to start. Now i have changed the dizzy to pointless new coil/leads spark plugs carby is a 4bl edelbrock---car seams to run ok also auto choke, dizzy does not have vaccum.......any...

Need sunvisor bkts,bought the car,owner put new roof liner in forgot to put the bkts back in.These are not available as a spare part so i have to source elsewhere ,any help out there , im in australia ,so its a bit hard...

On my fuel tank there are two openings at the back , these i think are for a vent,The previous owner put a piece of rubber tube from one to the other about 4 inches long,i dont think this is normal,does anyone know whats normal.can send a pic if you dont understand........

Just finishing front end overhaul,just putting the brakes back on the 4 bolts that hold the backing plate on,now nuts facing inwards or out? i usually remember or write things down but not this one...cheers

Look its probably been written before...but anyway...i want run 8 in x 15 in rims using 275/70 tyres i question is what backspacing should i have I currently have 7 in rims which would have to be widened
