It might hide stains but nothing makes a statement like White with Black lettering

OK,I gotta tell this story..

We do some work for a machine shop and I go there every month. They do a lot of different stuff, including machining New Venture Gear transfer cases and parts for Remington. They also machine a lot of cast iron stuff. As Hoosier can tell you, cast iron is nasty, dirty, nasty, filthy, nasty stuff to machine. You go near the stuff and you and your clothes just turn black from it.

At this shop, there are a number of women working. There is one girl, probably in her twenties or so. She's about 4' 10" tall and was just about as round. Anyway, she always wore these big men's white tee shirts that would hang down to her knees. The shirts were always black from the cast iron and she's so short she has to really lean over into the machining center to load her parts.

She's been losing weight (good for her!) and she's now wearing smaller men's tee shirts. Of course, they are a little newer and a little bit whiter then her old ones. She's still pretty round, but not near as much. Last month when I saw her, I noticed her shirt..... and I thought to myself.. when she hangs that shirt up, it must look like a silhouette of Mickey Mouse.

Okay, so here's a rare photo of me WITHOUT food OR drink in hand, and no stains of any kind on my clothing. Yeah, and you guys probably thought that would require the use of a stunt double... :D

This was taken two weeks ago (Jan. 16) as we headed out the door for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's nice to be able to share this with you considering how things were going during the middle of last year...

Taking advantage of a poor little blind girl from Ohio. You know I'm just kidding. You guys look so good, you could probably walk into a White House dinner. Happy belated anniversary also.

Thanks guys!

I'll have to share the "poor little blind girl from Ohio" bit with Mrs. ACME...she'll get a kick out of that...

I shot some video of her behind the wheel of her Swinger yesterday...don't know that she'll let me post it though...we'll see... In it I playfully chided her for not hammering it as we took off from a stop sign near our house since I was recording. She responded with "It's not warmed up enough yet." I think I'll keep her... :D
