Looking to get back in the game. Having trouble finding cars to look at locally. Is three car seats in the back of a 69 going to happen?
I wouldn’t mind having a vert, but pretty sure that will be a no go.
Anybody manage this?

It needed a full, and i mean full, restoration. A solid GA car with typical southern rust and numbers matching, it was a great candidate. I tore into it and completely
reworked the suspension, brakes, and gathered up parts for a serious pump gas...
Here ya go. A couple of these cars are still floating around, an 86' and a 97' or so. This was the 92' version of Party Time, the high water mark. The girl holding the glass was a teacher at the local high school...
Got them on photobucket. Hopes this works.
Was F5 with matching interior. We found evidence of yellow paint under the blue as well! Is everybody in GA that color blind?
Younger guy came and bought the car yesterday. Told him to come here.
Not sure what is up next for me. Going to be busy working in CA this summer. Maybe figure it out by fall.
Will still be on here. Could even end up with another Bird. This is the first time in 15 years I haven't had a 69...
I was flipping through the channels and saw the "first A12" going across the block at BJ. I noticed a decal on the pass side vent window that said "Quality Assured by Chrysler" w/ a Pentastar. It was white with blue or black lettering.
I can't find it for sale anywhere or even anything...
I've never seen one like this. I have seen clones with no door stuff, I have seen 68's with 69 model color birds, but never this mess.
Add in the black trunk and just plain wrong wheels IMO and this wheeler dealer is way out of touch with what this car will bring...
W1 is at the top of the list, followed by R4, A4 Silver, a T color tan of some sort, and maybe even a blue one. Touch call on the B color chart.
Although I hear they look mean in Ford Perfromance White with a tan interior.
If only I could hit the lotto or inherit one...
I say we celebrate...
After the carb swap, I now feel like I can really rev the 383. I remember from years ago the MP books saying the bottom end would do 6200. I don't think the stock HP cam will get anywhere near that.
I let it go to only 5K on the test runs, but I'm already day dreaming about the spring and...
After getting the 3310 carb working, I got to do a small amount of driving before putting the bird in storage. :brickwall:
WOW! Houston we have lift off. I'm not talking about a hood either. It really pulls good now over the 650 or less AVS.
I noticed it had a sqeak that occasionally came...
Small one. Used the 20% code to get a few little things to make the car better.
Was dissappointed that their website didn't have things like defroster ducts and heater control cables. Their print catalog had all that stuff, but I haven't got a new one in a long time.
Reverse lights...
I really couldn't care less about date codes etc but I do like to check out and read mag articles about those cars. I noticed when I saw an article about a marroon 68 GTX that the writers took a "special" shot at the job. I'm sure many of you saw that and since I'm always suspcious of people...
